Shipping Time:
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (business days) of when payment is received unless the item states a different shipping time.

If an item is back ordered it will display the shipping time on the item page and in the shopping cart. If you order items that are in-stock with items back ordered, we may ship in-stock items and back ordered items separately or we may hold shipping the order until all the items are available. If we send two separate shipments we will cover the additional shipping costs on our end.

Orders shipping outside the USA will be held until all items are in-stock to ship in one complete shipment.

International Shipping:
Shipments will take approximately 1-3 weeks to arrive from when you receive the shipping notice. Express mail service takes approximately 3-7 business days.

International Duty & Customs Fees:
TeeMug.com has no control over what countries charge to import merchandise. We charge the shipping it takes to get from us to your country, it is then out of our hands after that. Please check with customs in your country if concerned about any import fees.
