If you need to return an item please email us at cs@teemug.com within 7 days from when the shipment is received, we cannot process any return after this time frame. Please be sure to include your order number, name, and reason for return. You will then receive an e-mail with a return authorization to include with your return.

All returns must be in a new and unopened condition to be accepted. Any apparel returned must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Please keep in mind that we will not return or exchange merchandise that has been worn, washed or dried for any reason. Returns can be sent back for a refund minus shipping costs or in exchange of another item similar in value. Teemug.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive the wrong item or an item you receive is defective, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. TeeMug.com will credit you the return postage fees if the error is ours.

Please Note: All returns must have a return authorization in order to be processed. No returns will be processed without a return authorization.
